Trip Planner for a Hard Drive
Plan one drive that worries you: the hard points, safe places to stop, a two-minute check before you go, and a note after you park. Free, no sign-up.
Use this only when you are parked or at home
Never while the car is moving. This tool is not medical advice. Nothing you enter leaves your device.

1. The trip
2. Hard points on the way
The merge, the roundabout, the bridge, the tunnel, the busy turn. Write what you will do at each one.
3. Safe places to stop
A car park, a side street, a service area, a lay-by. Knowing them makes the drive feel less like a trap. Stop only where it is legal and safe.
4. Before you leave (two minutes)
Do this while you are parked. Try the 30-second reset as the last step.
5. After you park
Write this once the car is parked and switched off. How anxious was each hard point? 0 is calm, 10 is the most anxious.
If you feel shaky or wound up after the drive
- Stay parked. There is no prize for setting off again straight away.
- Try the 30-second reset, as often as you like.
- Look around you: name five things you can see and three you can hear.
- Wait. Let it pass. Call someone if that helps.
- When you feel steady, write one line about what went OK.
